A very early Tea Party drawing from the archives

When this cartoon was published in 2010, I received many emails questioning my sanity.  How could I possibly not see how fabulous the Tea Party movement was, and what a boon to the Republican party?A common thread was that my liberal bias had blinded me to all the positive things this infusion of grass roots enthusiasm would do for the Republican party as well as the country.  All that, and a lot of name calling too.
