Skyline Online: Fantasy Towers Make the Biggest Noise

Inquirer architectural critic Inga Saffron responds to yesterday’s article on the World Trade Center project, a 20-year old proposal for four buildings along the west side of Columbus Boulevard at Callowhill Street in Northern Liberties. Saffron calls the developers “cluless, if not outright disingenuous” for claiming hardship at the hands of City Council and local neighborhood associations as the reason why the project has stalled.
