ZBA undecided on Campus Inn extended-stay hotel

From this week’s University City Review:

The Zoning Board of Adjustment has yet to reach a decision regarding the Campus Inn development proposal at 40th and Pine Streets after holding its first meeting to discuss the project on Thursday, January 8. Developers are going before the ZBA to request a variance that would permit the construction of a 10-story hotel in a low-rise residential district.  Applications presented their case, and opponents were told they would be given an opportunity to state their case at another meeting later in the month.
