Named by Rolling Stone as one of 2003’s top-20 guitarists of all time, Richard Thompson is an iconic British folk rock legend and one of the world’s most acclaimed songwriters. From his teenage years as a founding member of the 1960s pioneering group Fairport Convention and more than 20 years as a solo artist to scoring Werner Herzog’s 2005 documentary Grizzly Man, Thompson’s body of work includes more than 40 albums of lyrical wit and singular acoustic and electric guitar delivery.
