Listen 00:50:19

Guests: J.D. Vance, Nancy Isenberg, Thomas Frank

Coming up on today’s edition of Radio Times in Review; we’ll revisit three conversations that are relevant to Trump’s victory on Tuesday. We’ll explore the mindset and lives of the people of Appalachia when we listen to Marty’s interview with J.D. VANCE, author of Hillbilly Elegy. And, we’ll hear Marty’s discussion with historian and author NANCY ISENBERG. Her book White Trash traces the origin of the pejorative term, as well as the underserved and often demeaned white underclass in America. Lastly, we’ll hear from author THOMAS FRANK, who’s most recent book, Listen Liberal discusses his take on the Democratic Party of recent years, and how they have let the working class down.
