Yesterday’s Supreme Court decision on worker rights, will cause more labor disputes to move from the courts into private arbitration.  A Philadelphia judge who now faces a probe of her conduct on the bench had a reputation for tyranny.  ACLU of Pennsylvania files in federal court for release of a gay man arrested by ICE in January. We hear a profile of Mike Chicka, a field supervisor for McCutcheon Enterprises, which cleans up gas fields leaks and explosions. We have an appreciation of Robert Indiana, creator of Philadelphia’s Love sculpture, who died Sunday.
