The confirmation hearing for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh had a contentious start on Tuesday. Right out of the gate, Sen. Kamala Harris began questioning the proceedings, citing the amount of  documents delivered to the judiciary committee just the night before. Today, we’re going to talk about what’s happened, and what to expect as Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing continues through the week.
