Kathleen Kane refresher

Embattled Pennsylvania Attorney General, Kathleen Kane’s trial begins today.  Over the duration of her tenure as head of the AG’s office, much drama and infighting has occurred and has been made public.  But, her trial is focused on an alleged leak of grand jury material for the purposes of political retaliation.  We’ll get a refresher on the ins-and-outs of the case, the circumstances surrounding it, and the players involved when we speak with CRAIG McCOY, investigative reporter for The Philadelphia Inquirer, and JOHN MICEK, editorial and opinions editor for Penn-Live and The Patriot-News.  We’ll also hear from BRUCE LEDEWITZ, professor of law at Duquesne University to get his thoughts as the trial begins, and about her actions as Attorney General.
