Giving of ourselves

Giving of ourselves to help others is a win-win activity. It’s deemed generous, kind, and cooperative. It also increases intimacy, compassion, and self esteem and can make the world a better place in which to live. Dr. Dan Gottlieb talks with Stephen Post and Sue Badeau about the art of giving – as an act of love and caring and as a gift that gives back.
