Bucks County-bred GABRIELLE HAMILTON was washing dishes before the legal age and was working in kitchens and dining rooms in Manhattan by the age of 16. She’s been the owner of the Manhattan restaurant “Prune” since the late ’90s and has written a memoir, Blood, Bones and Butter: The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Chef. She came in to talk to Marty this spring about feeding people the food she was raised on and emotionally connecting to her dining guests.
