Bucks County-bred GABRIELLE HAMILTON was washing dishes before the legal age and was working in kitchens and dining rooms in Manhattan by the age of 16. She’s been the owner of the Manhattan restaurant “Prune” since the late ’90s and has written a memoir, Blood, Bones and Butter: The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Chef.
