We’ve almost made it to the Thanksgiving holiday. A time when many Delawareans will be packing up the car and heading on the road to visit friends and family. But there is slow going on some of those roads. In this week’s First Look, we examine the progress the state is making on some of those construction projects and what drivers can expect in the near future.
