The window to sign up or change your health insurance under the Affordable Care Act is here. The computer glitches are gone, but confusion remains. First Look reports on some of the cautionary tales that still go into picking a plan.

The Diplomat
Texas Governor Greg Abbot wrapped up a 3 day trip to Cuba this week. He was hoping to establish an economic partnership as diplomatic relations with the United States continue to strengthen. One of those instrumental in the logistics for renewed relations was former Wilmington City Councilman Steve Martelli. He was back home recently where we sat with him at Toscana¹s Restaurant in his old district.

The Money School
You may be paying extra attention to your investments following Wall Street’s recent wild ride. The team at the Delaware Financial Literacy Institute would probably advise you to not wait until stocks tumble to pay attention to your finances. First visited the non-profit organization, which offers free classes to Delaware residents, to learn more about the courses.

The Kirby and Holloway Family Restaurant was Delaware¹s diner for decades, until a devastating fire shut down the business. For a long time the family said the landmark would be rebuilt, but now they¹re not so sure.

Ask This Old House
Ask This Old House, the PBS program seen on WHYY-TV is taking on projects in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia, and in Wilmington. The Wilmington project gave First an opportunity to see hoe the show selects its projects, and how the original reality show comes together.

First Experience: Master prints
Printing art work on paper wasn¹t really perfected until the 16th century. Before then all works were individually crafted. Now the University of Delaware¹s Old College Gallery has put together ŒOld Master Prints and Drawings¹ for our First Experience.
