FBI announces plans to recommend no charges for Hillary Clinton; Is radicalization a problem in Central Asia?

Yesterday, FBI director James Comey announced that while Hillary Clinton and her staff were “extremely careless” to use a personal server and email address when discussing sensitive information, he will not recommend that charges be filed against her. Joining us to discuss what this announcement means for the Clinton campaign is JILL LAWRENCE, commentary editor for USA Today. Then, it was revealed that the Turkish airport bombers were from Central Asia. But is radicalization really a problem in nations like Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, or Russian regions Dagestan and Chechnya? We’ll learn about the region and whether or not Central Asian countries and former Soviet Republics are becoming incubators for terrorists and ISIS supporters.
