Several federal legislators have proposed changing the 14th amendment which guarantees citizenship to all babies born on U.S. soil as a way of controlling immigration to the U.S. We’ll explore the feasibility of such proposals as well as discuss the broader implications of immigration reform with Politifact’s BILL ADAIR, ROY BECK from Numbers USA and attorney RAUL REYES.
