We talk with LISE FUNDERBURG author of Pig Candy: Taking My Father South, Taking My Father Home. It tells her story of getting to know her dying father in his last months. She is also author of Black, White, Other: Biracial Americans Talk About Race and Identity. Funderburg is currently an instructor in creative nonfiction writing at The University of Pennsylvania.
