Listen 00:48:48

Guests: Robert Field, Joel Zinberg, Elizabeth Brown

In this hour of Radio Times, we’ll get some updates on the Affordable Care Act. First, host Mary Cummings-Jordan will be joined by Drexel Law and Health Management professor, ROBERT FIELD, to discuss the way Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump talk about the ACA on the campaign trail.  Then  physician and visiting scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, JOEL ZINBERG will join the conversation to examine why many of the Obamacare co-ops are failing and what this means for the future of health coverage.  And we’ll round out the hour with health policy expert and primary care physician, ELIZABETH BROWN, who will talk about how despite increased enrollment of poor Philadelphians into the ACA, many still have limited access to primary care especially in the African-American community.
