Video shows Wilmington shoot out next to small kids
Wilmington Police are trying to identify an armed gunman who was seen on surveillance tape opening fire on a city street late last month while young children were walking nearby.
The shooting happened On September 26 in the 400 block of E. 9th Street. An unidentified gunman starts shooting after the group of people he was walking with exchanged words with another group of men on the sidewalk. The video show several women and children walking along the same sidewalk as the gunfire erupts.
