Video highlights of the 2011 Urban Farm Bike Tour

Bicyclists are hardy people. With temperatures forecast to reach 100 degrees, more than a hundred riders turned out Saturday for Philly’s version of “agricultural-tourism.”

Philadelphia has so much asphalt that the idea of finding a farm seems a bit far-fetched. But over the years, more and more groups are starting small farms in the city. Most of them are non-profit groups that support the local food movement.
