While at UD, the Vice President will mark Constitution Day by delivering the James R. Soles Lecture on the Constitution and Citizenship. The annual lecture series is named in honor of late Alumni Distinguished Professor Emeritus Jim Soles.

The event will take place in Mitchell Hall at 4 pm on Friday, Sept. 16.  A limited number of tickets will be available to the public beginning at 10 a.m. on Monday, September 12.
