Top 50 photos of 2013 in NW Philadelphia [41-50]

Today, NewsWorks‘ Northwest Philadelphia team launches a week-long look at our favorite photographs that ran on our pages in the past year.

We’ll start at 50 and count down daily, in intervals of 10, until Friday, when the Top 10 photos will appear.

Today’s images represent Nos. 41 and up.

They include Germantown High School’s last-ever prom, a zombie dance-off in Manayunk, police on the scene after the Craigslist homicide in Germantown, a horse show in Chestnut Hill, children leaving Mifflin School in East Falls after police respond to a call there, prepping a Germantown property for an espresso bar that was not meant to be, a Memorial Day event in Vernon Park, a Fourth of July celebration in Chestnut Hill, a rare look inside Germantown’s “City Hall,” and a thrilling football game at Penn Charter/Germantown Academy Day.
