Report: Remembering the top 10 real estate stories of 2011 in Philadelphia

    The Philadelphia Business Journal has compiled a list of the top 10 real estate moves in Philadelphia that includes such events as GlaxoSmithKline moving its Philadelphia operations, real estate moves by the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the deal for the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News to switch to a new East Market Street home.

    The top 10 list, which was put together by Philadelphia Business Journal reporter Natalie Kostelni, also includes the Brandywine Realty Trust deal to buy 1919 Market Street and the rise in new multifamily construction.
