The science of ‘cool’ discussed Wednesday night in Philly
A group of ice cream vendors, experts and a well known TV personality are coming together tonight in Philadelphia to help keep you comfortable and cool.
It’s called “Conversations on Cool: The Delicious History of Warm Weather Treats,” and it includes a panel of experts, ranging from John’s Water Ice to Marc Summers of the Food Network.
The event runs from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Philadelphia History Museum.
In addition to a history lesson, organizers say ice cream and water ice samples will be served to those in attendance.
The event is free for museum members, $10 for non-members. Click here for additional information or to purchase tickets.
