The forgotten founding father

    When you learn about the history of Delaware you always hear about Caesar Rodney’s heroic ride to cast a deciding vote for the Declaration of Independence.  The reason he had to cast that vote is because John Dickinson felt we should take a more moderate tone with the British crown.  But Dickinson is an important figure in Delaware history.  First Experience shows us more about John Dickinson.
