The Atlantic City Boat Show is back

The Atlantic City Boat Show returns the first week of February, sparking five days of maritime dreams for prospective buyers and wishful thinkers.

Hundreds of new luxury yachts, motor boats, sport fishers, performance catamarans and v-bottoms, plus personal watercraft will be on display at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

Vendors selling the latest in marine technology and accessories will also be on hand showcasing their wares in the show’s 440-booth “Marine Marketplace”.

Future and current captains can also get in on several DIY seminars and workshops on boat maintenance and repair, as well as lessons in boating safety, navigation, docking and line handling.

New this year is a virtual boating simulator for attendees to learn maneuvers and test skills.

Anglers will want to catch demonstrations on fly fishing, casting and fly tying.

For the kids there is a mini lake for paddleboat rides, toy boat building sessions, plus a visit from Dora the Explorer, balloon art and the Xpogo stunt team show (extreme pogo tricks).

Tickets cost $16 for adults. Admission os free for children ages 15 and under when accompanied by a paying adult.
