Thanks for your feedback, now here’s how to contact us

Awhile back, we asked you to take a survey. People all over the nation took this survey about their local news outlets, then the Reynolds Journalism Institute at the University of Missouri complied the results and sent them to the respective news outlets.

We’ve been reading your (confidential) answers, and now it’s our turn to incorporate your feedback into making NEast Philly more effective, and better in general.

We’ll tackle issues one by one, but we’ll start with our accessibility. Wanna reach us or submit content? Here’s how:

To call us: You can call us 24/7 at 215-821-TIPS (8477). In order to keep calls confidential if you’d prefer to call anonymously, your number won’t show up on our line, and you’ll be sent straight to voicemail. We’ll call you back in 24 hours if you leave a name and number. If you’d prefer to just leave an anonymous tip, you can do that as well.

To e-mail us: E-mail us any time at info [at] neastphilly.com. Our response time varies, especially since many new addresses get sent to our spam folder, but we check the inbox multiple times a day. If you haven’t heard back from us in a week, we didn’t get the e-mail. We will always respond.

To submit content: If you’d like to submit a photo, video, article, letter to the editor, calendar item, etc., you can e-mail that information to us at info [at] neastphilly.com with the subject Reader Submission. We’ll let you know if/when and where the submission will run. Make sure to check your email for a response in case we need followup information. If you have trouble uploading information, just call or email and we’ll walk you through it.

We hope to hear from you!
