Sussex renews dog control contract with Kent SPCA

The county has renewed its contract for dog control services with the Kent County SPCA/Delaware Animal Care and Control.

Sussex will pay $669,231 for the service in 2011, which is just slightly less than the 2010 total.  Dog licenses for 2011 will be available starting January 1, and must be obtained by March 1.  Applications can be made at the County Administrative Offices building in Georgetown or online at the county’s website, sussexcountyde.gov.
