Summer job meeting for Wilmington teens

Wilmington teens have their first chance to apply for the city’s Summer Youth Employment Program this afternoon at William “Hicks” Anderson Community Center.  The jobs program is designed to help teens get work experience and prepare them for future employment.  Applications will be accepted today from 4 to 7 p.m.  Applications will also be accepted at the following times and places:

Woodlawn Library, Tuesday, March 12, 2013 – 4:00-7:00 pm
Latin American Community Center, Thursday March 14, 2013 – 4:00-7:00 pm
Kingswood Community Center, Tuesday, March 19, 2013 – 4:00-7:00 pm
Peoples Settlement, Thursday, March 21, 2013 – 4:00-7:00 pm
St. Elizabeth’s (Grant Hall), Monday, March 25, 2013 – 4:00-7:00 pm
Southbridge Neighborhood House, Wednesday, March 27, 2013 – 4:00-7:00 pm
Municipal Complex, Saturday, April 6, 2013 – 11:00-3:00 pm
Police Athletic League, Saturday, April 6, 2013 – 1:00-4:00 pm
