Stations of the Cross mark Good Friday around Delaware

Good Friday around the First state was marked by religious services and stations of the cross.

The Most Rev. W. Francis Malooly, Wilmington’s bishop, attended an outdoor service at the Cathedral Cemetery in Wilmington, Delaware.

He said prayers at each station in front of a group of about 100 people at the Garden of Eternal Life, which is part of a walled in area of the cemetery.

The Stations of the Cross depict the final hours of the life of Jesus Christ up to his crucifixion on the cross.
