State Police promotion ceremonies

15 members of the State Police are moving on up.

Governor Markell will help congratulate 15 State Troopers who will be promoted during ceremonies at Wilmington University in Dover. Lt. Governor Matt Denn, Secretary of Public Safety and Homeland

 

Security Lewis Schiliro and State Police Superintendent Colonel Robert Coupe also be on hand for the ceremony.

Being promoted from Sergeant to Lieutenant are: 

Marshall Craft – Troop 7 Patrol

Robert Hudson – Troop 3 Patrol

Being promoted from corporal to sergeant are: 

John Barnett – Troop 7 Patrol

Mark Dawson – Troop 5 Patrol

David Diana – Troop 2 Patrol

Jaime Dorsey-Sterner – Troop 7 Patrol

Sean Duffy – Troop 6 Patrol

Philip Dzielak – Troop 6 Patrol

Robert Jones – Troop 2

John Lloyd – Troop 9 Patrol

Nicole Oldham – Troop 7 Patrol

Lance Skinner – Troop 3 Patrol

Scott Slover – Troop 3 Patrol

Kristopher Thompson – Troop 5
