State Police investigating Laurel murder

State Police are trying to figure out who shot and killed a 62-year-old Maryland man at a club in Laurel last Sunday.  

Police say Alfred Stanley of Hurlock, Maryland was shot once in the head at Da’ Spot Dance Club in Laurel.  The shooting happened during a large fight between two groups of people in the club parking lot.  Investigators say they have been getting information about the shooting through the Crime Stoppers tip lines, but they are asking for more.  The State Police Homicide Unit can be reached at 302-739-5939.  Tips can also be offered to the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-TIP-3333 or online at tipsubmit.com
