Sea Witch Festival starts in Rehoboth
The Halloween celebration starts today in Rehoboth and runs through Monday during the annual Sea Witch Festival.
Events today include Tykes Bike the Boardwalk as the little kids ride their tricycles, Big Wheels and wagons down the boards. Saturday features the costume parade which starts at 11. Also on Saturday is the broom tossing contest at 3:30 p.m. on the beach at Rehoboth Avenue.
