Power still out for hundreds in New Jersey
PSE&G in New Jersey is reporting there are 1,700 residents still without power after last week’s storm dropped snow along the northeast.
The Star-Ledger reported the latest numbers were as of 5:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
The latest number, according to the Star-Ledger, is down from 3,000 outages Friday evening and 340,000 outages last Saturday when the storm hit.
A PSE&G spokesperson tells the Star-Ledger the goal is to have the power restored to all of New Jersey by today.
Last week’s storm knocked out power to half a million people, according to the Star-Ledger.
