Police seek suspect in Germantown Sunoco shooting [video]

Police are seeking a suspect in the Tuesday shooting that took place at a Sunoco gas station in Germantown.

 

At 3:32 p.m., the complainant, a 32-year-old male was at the gas station when he was involved in a verbal altercation with an unknown male. The altercation turned physical and the suspect fired approximately six shots at the complainant. 

The complainant was struck several times in his hip and shoulder as he was going back to his vehicle.

The suspect then fled in a dark blue/black Cadillac SRC and was last seen going west on Washington Lane coming from Germantown Avenue. 

The complainant was transported to Temple Hospital where he is in stable condition. 

The suspect is described as a 6’0″-6’2″ black male, 30 to 35 years-of-age, with a light to medium brown complexion, stocky build. He is bald and has a beard and was last seen wearing a plaid button down shirt and blue jeans.
