Police investigate New Castle County homicide
New Castle County Police are investigating a shooting at the Sparrow Run community in the Bear-Glasgow area that left a man dead.
Police and paramedics arrived at Heron Court at about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday to find a man with several gunshot wounds. The victim, 30-year-old Jeremiah McDonald, was pronounced dead at the scene. His last known address was in Middletown.
Detectives have been gathering evidence and conducting interviews since the killing, but there is no information on a possible suspect.
