Police: Homicide victim’s body discovered in E. Germantown basement
Philadelphia Police told NewsWorks on Friday that homicide investigators are at a crime scene where a body was discovered in the basement of an East Price Street home.
The victim’s body was discovered inside a home in the 800 block of E. Price St. around 8:10 a.m. Friday.
Few details were publicly available in the hours after the discovery. A spokeswoman said the victim was a black male in his 40s or 50s. If more information becomes available, NewsWorks will update this story.
