Rehoboth Beach police say they arrested a man who was cooking crab cakes at the restaurant he broke into.

Chief Keith Banks tells The Daily Times of Salisbury that officers were called to Planet X Cafe about 1:30 a.m. Thursday for a report of a man breaking the glass front door.

Banks says officers found 41-year-old Stephen L. Quinn of Millsboro cooking crab cakes in the kitchen. Banks says Quinn had also stolen a bottle of liquor.

Quinn was arrested and charged with burglary, theft and other offenses.
