Philadelphia Recreation Commissioner Susan Slawson says the department is looking to fill hundreds of positions for the summer.

“We have a wonderful opportunity this summer,” says Slawson. “We will be able to offer 1,100 seasonal positions for our young people. We’ve already gotten up to eight to nine hundred people go online and complete the registration coming on board for our season of summer jobs, and I think that’s huge.”
