Patsy learns how ‘street money’ affects Philly politics (and more!)

Well, wouldn’t you know it: Dave Davies ran into South Philly Stoop Lady Patsy outside City Hall the other day.

What ensued was a lively discussion about the mayoral-race vocabulary (most notably, the prospect of Milton Street distributing street money on Street Road) and the realization that Patsy has much more clout than expected.

The cliffhangers? A “we’ll see” when it comes to the prospect of whether May 19 will feature a clean election, and whether Patsy was actually able to fix Mayor Michael Nutter’s VCR.
