Off-duty SEPTA officer arrests rider for taking inappropriate pictures

The woman hoping for a little snooze on her way to work Wednesday found an unfortunate seat companion in George Tai Kim. Kim began snapping photos up her dress when she dozed off on the R5.

Kim was also unfortunate enough to choose the wrong seat. An off-duty SEPTA officer was sitting across from him.
Officer Don Noz told CBS3 he arrested Kim on the spot, waking up the unsuspecting passenger. Kim is being charged with disorderly conduct and invasion of privacy.

Some commenters take issue with CBS3 for reporting something they say isn’t newsworthy. Though we probably could have done without the photo of Kim posing with his daughter, is this story worth a report? Feed the Feed to take the opportunity to tell us what you think is deserving of coverage.
