Curses, Spells and Other Bewitching Tales Guided Tour

Discover beautiful sirens, medieval spells, and cursed pirates on an enchanting tour of the Museum’s collection. Halloween Dance Party!

Come in costume and join us in the bat cave for some kid-rockin’ fun! Surrounded by chemiluminescence and ultraviolet-spectrum black light, we’ll do the “monster mash” and “shake our boo thing” to Halloween classics and some old-time rock ‘n’ roll! Come in costume and receive $1 off general admission. Delaware Children’s Museum, October 22nd and 23rd, 11 A.M.

 

 

Pumpkin Decorating with Bigsby

Participating children and their families will discover that Bigsby’s Pumpkin Patch has sprung to life on the front lawn of the Biggs Museum. Paint, stickers and other art supplies will be provided to decorate the pumpkins. A live musical performance of children’s songs by Crabmeat Thompson, face painting and games of corn toss will also be provided. Seasonal refreshments will be served. Biggs Museum of American Art, October 22nd, 2 P.M.

 

 

The Pirate Coast

Join the Clear Space crew in a high-stakes, swashbuckling adventure this Halloween! The demonic Captain Kidd and his band of ragtag pirates are in town to pillage, plunder and terrorize. Will you be tortured by Captain Kidd, buried in the sand and left for the gulls? This fast-paced, interactive experience is sure to excite and fright the entire family! Clear Space Theater, October 21st through October 30th, 5 P.M.
