Newark development public workshop

The public is welcome to give their input on Newark’s housing needs during a public workshop tonight.

The City of Newark Planning Commission is updating the city’s development plan and is looking for feedback that could help shape the future of housing in the college town. Topics include assessing housing needs, homeowner characteristics, housing affordability, goals and objectives.

The workshop starts at 7 p.m. at the Newark Senior Center located at 200 White Chapel Drive.
