New Jersey gets federal waiver to continue low-benefits coverage

    New Jersey is one of four states to apply for and receive a federal waiver to continue its Basic and Essential Health Care Plan for the next year. As Carolyn Beeler reports for WHYY, 75,000 residents will be able to keep their minimum coverage until state insurance exchanges are established in 2014.
