NASCAR faithful descend on Dover
Dover’s twice a year population boom is in full swing today with the return of all three top NASCAR series to the Monster Mile.
More than 100,000 people are expected in town for some or all of the racing action which gets underway this afternoon with the Craftsman Truck Series Lucas Oil 200 at 4:45 p.m. The Nationwide Series 5-hour Energy 200 will take the green flag on Saturday at 2 p.m., while the Spring Cup drivers will hit the track Sunday starting at 1 p.m. You can find a full list of the weekend’s activities at Dover International Speedway’s website.
