FOW issues park alert for Fairmount Park flasher
The Friends of the Wissahickon (FOW) has issued a park safety alert for a man reportedly exposing himself in the area of Kitchen’s Lane and Monastery Stables in Northwest Philadelphia.
The FOW said it has received ‘multiple’ reports of a similar nature.
Police describe the man as a short, African American in his late 20s to early 30s with a muscular build.
The FOW urges park users to leave the park if they sense trouble and to contact police at the sight of any illegal activity.
