Wilmington-based developer Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. announced plans to expand its rental properties on Delaware’s Riverfront.
BPG says it will build a new 116-unit luxury rental community adding on to its Justison Landing development.
Rob and Chris Buccini, Co-Presidents of BPG, Lt. Governor Matt Denn, Mayor Jim Baker and Mike Purzycki, Executive Director of the Riverfront Development Corporation were all on hand for the Tuesday morning announcement.
