Meet the new City Manager
Newark residents can meet new City Manager Carol Houck at a reception tonight. The meet and greet will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. in the lobby of the Newark Municipal Building at 220 Elkton Road. The meeting get-to-know-you event will take place before the regularly scheduled City Council meeting.
