Master Plan for the Central Delaware wins AIA award

In early January, the American Institute of Architects announced that the Master Plan for the Central Delaware had won a 2012 Institute Honor Award for Regional and Urban Design. The plan is among 27 winners recognized for design excellence, out of more than 700 international projects submitted. The award will be presented at the annual AIA convention in May.

Congrats to the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, the design team, public officials, and residents who had a hand shaping this ambitious plan.
