The Delaware College of Art and Design welcomes the community to its ninth Drawing Marathon, a 12-hour event created to develop your artistic vision, sharpen your skills, and energize your studio experience through figure drawing. Delaware College of Art and Design, March 2nd, 9 A.M.

 

Around the World in 80 Days

Before there were pirates in the Caribbean or raiders in the lost ark, there was Jules Verne’s Around the World in 80 Days – the mother of all adventure stories. In March of 2013, the Walnut Street Theatre tours Verne’s famous tale of ships, trains, and caravans LIVE at the Schwartz Center for the Arts, March 3rd, 3 P.M.

 

Protektor

Prague, 1938. Emil, a radio reporter, is married to the beautiful Hana, an actress whose new film has catapulted her into fame. As the Nazis come to power, however, Hana’s Jewish heritage precipitates her fall from stardom to the bottom of the social ladder. Movies at Midway, Upstairs Screening Room, March 9th, 7 P.M.
