Lawyers to announce fourth abuse suit against Archdiocese
Lawyers Jeff Anderson, Dan Monahan and Marci Hamilton will announce Monday a fourth lawsuit against the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
The civic suit alleges abuse against an altar boy from Our Lady of Calvary parish in the Northeast, but the law firm has not yet mentioned the date of the crime, or the name of the accused.
Anderson will lead a press conference Monday at the Downtown Marriott at 12th and Market streets.
The suit is the fourth since the District Attorney released its grand jury report last month, and the second involving Our Lady of Calvary.
