We’re now some three weeks out from the deadline for qualified Pennsylvania residents to register to vote in the Nov. 8 general election.
The state’s chief election official charged with overseeing the integrity of the electoral process is Pedro Cortes, secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
He joined NewsWorks Tonight’s Dave Heller to discuss what it takes to coordinate millions of voters on one day. He also took the time to address the possibilities of voter fraud, or rigging, which has been suggested by Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.
